Plate Sizes For capillary arrays and plates, our current tooling limits the physical plate size to a maximum of 355mm x 300mm. Plates can range in thickness from approximately 75 microns to 350mm, but the thickness of etched plates may be further constrained by aspect ratio limitations relating to the etching process. Drawn tube structures and arrays can be significantly longer than their etched counterparts, the longest sold thus far measuring more than 100 meters in length.
